We had found mold in our guest bathroom that had gotten into the ac ducts so we needed a duct cleaning to get rid of the mold spores.  I called a few companies and Clean Ducts was a fraction of the price of most of the places including one of the bigger names Frank Gay and none of the places did a negative vacuum of the ducts they would just clean from the vents with a rotobrush.  All the staff were efficient and did great work.  Huge Thumbs up and between the duct cleaning and mold remediation we are breathing much better now.

They claimed to have "cleaned" my dryer vent and air ducts. My dryer stopped drying which should not occur because I remove the lint from the filter with evey load AND I had other companies "clean" out the vent evey year.  When Clean Ducts Orlando came they found my dryer vents completely blocked.  They also did a great job cleaning out my air ducts. They put the big suction machine into EVERY vent. I never had a groupon company do that. So yes, at first I was reluctant to pay more for this services but when the owner explained everything he was going to do I knew they were the real deal.  After they spent about 5 hours in my house I knew I got what I paid for!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired "Clean Ducts" to clean our A/C ducts a week and a half ago for a very reasonably price. Alex and his guy (who climbed the ladder and impressively cleaned each duct one by one with detail) used what appeared to be a huge expensive state of the art vacuum machine from outside with a hose that sucked the vents out. Alex and his worker worked diligently for over 5 hours just to do the job right and did not rush it. Not only did they clean each air ducts, they open and cleaned inside the air handler, took out the fan, cleaned it and flush the drain line as well. At first I was concerned when they open and took out the fan from the air handler unit to clean it, but when Alex showed me his FL State HVAC license I then knew and felt comfortable knowing I was dealing with an A/C professional. As they worked inside the structure they vacuumed and sanitized behind themselves, ...to say the least, who would have thought after the duct cleaning the A/C unit itself would work better, the A/C  is definitely performing cooler now, and much much quieter, all after the service. After meeting "Clean Duct team" and using them for the first time, and experiencing their amazing work ethics, I am comfortable to say I highly recommend them.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Clean Ducts Orlando to come out and clean my air ducts because we had allergy issues going on and knew they hadn’t been cleaned since buying the house years ago.  Alex was very informative, helpful, and clear about setting my expectations that it would take approximately 3 - 3 1/2 hours, and was able to come out within a few days to help us out.  He and David arrived right on schedule and got the process started.

David worked on scrubbing our air intake area for over an hour alone, and removed dust, contaminants and pet hair from our current and prior pets.  I thought we did a good job of changing filters, but he showed me how the build up can occur over the years.

They were on target with timing and charged a  reasonable amount, without trying to sell add-on features or services.  That is much appreciated, especially during these times of high anxiety with Covid when people would be easier targets  of unscrupulous sales tactics.

I’m very happy with the service provided and can tell the cleaning made a huge difference in the air quality in the house.  I would definitely use this service again and would refer them to friends and neighbors.  Thanks Alex and David!

I've been trying to keep the older AC unit alive and save the expense of replacing everything but it had much more than an "old house" smell and I couldn't stand it anymore. I called Clean Ducts Orlando, explained my situation, and Alex made himself available to come over just a few hours later. He gave me a VERY fair price for the level of service he explained I would receive and had me scheduled in for the very next day. I appreciated the quick turnaround because, during the inspection, I saw that the AC unit and ducts were caked in a thick layer of mold and mildew (that I was breathing in)! They efficiently cleaned and sanitized every piece of the inside unit (they even took the fan out to make sure it was spotless), the entire span of ducts, plus the vent covers. After already going above and beyond cleaning my exceptionally disgusting AC system, Alex took extra time to use a camera and inspect for damage on the inside on my ducts because I mentioned I felt there had been previous damage causing low airflow. I'm now breathing in noticeably better air and I know I got more than my money's worth from their service. I can't recommend them enough so, if you're looking for duct cleaning, do yourself a favor and call them before you commit to another company.
